Express Care comes from humble beginnings. We were young scholars that saw an alarming trend of the growing elderly population. However, the quality of life for elderly people was not subsequently improving. Thus Express Care was born! Our values are providing a multitude of the most valuable services that improve the quality of life and reduce the stress that retired people must deal with daily.
